Product Description
This UV curing machine instantly dries and cures UV varnishes, inks, glues, and coatings on various substrates including paper, plastic, wood, glass, metal, and electronics. It uses high-intensity mercury UV lamps or energy-saving LED UV modules to achieve fast, tack-free curing without heat damage. Ideal for screen printing, digital printing, adhesive bonding, and optical coating lines. The system is fully customizable in lamp type, conveyor speed, curing zone length, and cooling method.

Q1: Can you customize the curing width for a 150mm product?
A: Yes. We fully customize conveyor width from 100mm to 2000mm, including lamp length matching.
Q2: Which is better for plastic film – LED or mercury?
A: LED UV is better because it emits almost no infrared heat, avoiding film deformation. Both types are customizable.
Q3: Can this machine cure dark or black UV ink?
A: Yes, but high-power mercury lamps or specific 395nm LED with high irradiance are recommended. We can customize lamp configuration accordingly.
