Product Overview

This customizable spray coating machine utilizes high-pressure airless, air-assisted, or electrostatic technology to atomize coatings and apply them uniformly onto product surfaces. Available in oscillating spray, electrostatic powder/liquid, and fully automatic production line configurations.

The system is fully customizable in spray width, number of guns, conveyor speed, coating type, and automation level. Compared to manual brushing or rolling, spray coating achieves up to 10-15 times higher efficiency (200-500 m²/hour for single operator), produces a smoother and more uniform coating without brush marks, and provides better adhesion through mechanical interlocking with the substrate.

Working principle: The coating is pressurized by a high-pressure pump (up to 150-350 kg/cm² for airless systems) or atomized by compressed air, then sprayed through a nozzle to form a fine mist that uniformly deposits onto the target surface. Electrostatic systems add an electrostatic charge to the coating particles for enhanced transfer efficiency.
